How do I receive a confirmation upon payment?

Please inform your dedicated Customer Happiness Officer or Program Consultant once you have made payment. They will verify and send you a welcome email after verification.

How do I make a payment without Credit Card / Debit Card?

What type of payment mode do you provide?

We accept payment from Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Cheque, GrabPay and PayNow. 

Which bank of the installment plan do you provide?

We do provide up to 12 month instalment plan for DBS Credit Card holders. For others Credit Card holders, you may contact our friendly Customer Happiness Officer or Program Consultant for assistant.

Do I need to pay Goods and Service Tax (GST)?

Yes, all product/program/payment is required to pay Goods and Services Tax (GST) as Digimatic Media Sdn Bhd is GST registered company and ACE Success Academy is a brand under Digimatic Media Pte Ltd.

Can I get a refund after I made payment?

Yes. Within 5 working days of the payment date, any monies paid by you to date shall be refunded to you after a deduction of processing fee of $107 (inclusive of GST).  After the cooling period of 5 working days, there will be no refund.
